Material recovery facility is first stage in Processing of municipal solid waste. It allows processor to logically classify the input material based on various parameters as size, properties (metal/paper/glass etc), color, state (Dry/Wet) etc.

Organic fraction of MSW which is normally known as wet waste can be converted in rich organic manure. We have extensively worked and developed plants from 5 TPD to 3000 TPD processing.

For treatment of Municipal Solid Waste there are many technologies available. Aerobic Composting is one such technology which is considered to be one of the cheapest solution to Mixed Municipal Solid Waste in Indian conditions. Aerobic Composting is a process involving bio-chemical conversion of organic matter into humus lignopoteins by mesophilic and thermophilic organisms. All biodegradable material available in waste is converted into valuable soil enricher Organic Manure. All non-biodegradable such as plastics, metals etc. are segregated, reconditioned and sold in open market. Some part of non-biodegradable consists of inert material as stones etc. which can be directly used for land filling.

This process is done under controlled conditions in order to :

  • Make it aesthetically acceptable.
  • Minimize the production of offensive odours.
  • Avoid the propagation of insects or odours.
  • Destroy pathogenic organisms present in the original waste.
  • Destroy weed seeds.
  • Retain the maximum nutrient content , NPK.
  • Minimize the time required to complete the process.
  • Minimize the land area required for the process.

After Aerobic Composting, waste is passed through the segregation plant to recover Organic Manure containing negligible impurities ( in the form of sand - silica only ) . Company introduced an automated plant which segregates the organic material from the waste. Hydraulically driven equipments used for segregation , enhances the safety of operation and minimizes breakdowns .

MSW Transfer Station

Transfer of Large quantity Municipal Solid Waste using Transfer Station is an age old concept . It is being practiced in many cities around the world . In India utility of Transfer Station arises in the cities where there is large generation of waste and landfill site is available far away from the city.

In most of the Indian cities source segregation of the Municipal Solid Waste is not yet practiced or practiced at a very small scale . The concept of Sorting cum Transfer Station in such cities will give lot of additional benefits when compared with standard transfer station.

RDF Processing Facility

Product Description

The dry fraction of MSW contains lot of combustible material which can be used to recover renewable energy. The average calorific value which can be achieved is 2000-3000 kcal/kg. Our range includes custom built RDF processing lines having capacities from 100 TPD to 3000 TPD.

We offer complete range of equipment for Segregation and Processing of Municipal Solid Waste and its conversion into RDF Fluff. All equipment and accessories are indigenously manufactured at fully equipped facility.

In an RDF plant, various mixed or pre-sorted waste streams are shredded, screened and separated to generate refuse-derived fuels for all kinds of applications.

The process is designed and dimensioned to customer requirements. The composition of the input material and the potential sales outlets of the final products are key factors. The process is scalable from low to very high throughput.

C&D Waste Processing Plant

Product Description

Construction & Demolition disposal system convenient and quick to achieve the construction waste disposal. After the screening of the construction waste through a specific iron removal equipment to remove the iron material contained in the coarse and medium crushing, fine crushing equipment and processing, processed into a certain size of the recycled aggregate, and finally applied to the road stone burning brick, cement blends and so on.

Input products: The mixture of construction waste,which is composed of road concrete blocks, asphalt concrete blocks, old building blocks, building site waste, etc.

Output products: Iron, steel, impurities, plastic and different sizes of stones and bricks. All sieving materials are finally used for roadbed stone, unburned bricks, cement admixtures and so on.
